This city is under complete PMC control, everywhere is a PMC patrol, though the Eastern European partisans are masters of sabotaging PMC equipment, the Partisans could blend in as civilians, though there are regular checks for any rebel activities by the PMC's, the partisans of the city are lead by EVA/Big Mama, they cannot afford to be discovered by the occupying PMC's or else all is lost.
The PMC in this area is the Raven Sword PMC.
